in response to the comment deleted by its author -
the narrative of the film concerns the one goat, the second goat is a character within the story of the goat referred to in the title, much like the camera and the environment in which it unfolds.
Therefore if I was to call the film other than 'GOAT' it might be 'GOATS, CAMERA, TREES, WALL, GROUND (WITH STONES)' and so on.
Yea Yea Yea!
